1. Create a Table View
Entry path: Data table screen → View List → “+”
- Open a multidimensional table.
- Tap View List in the lower-left corner.
- In the view list, switch to an existing table view, or tap + to create a new view.
- Select Table View.
- After the table editing screen opens, enter the data you need.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The current data is displayed in a row-and-column grid.
- What you can do next: You can continue entering, viewing, or editing records.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you have not entered the data table screen first, the View List entry may not appear.

2. Change the Reading Mode
Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Reading Mode
- Tap Tools on the toolbar.
- In the pop-up panel, select Reading Mode.
- Choose the mode you want:
- Table Mode: shows records in a table layout.
- Card Mode: shows each record as an individual card.
- Continue browsing or editing records in the selected mode.
