1. Create a Table View

Entry path: Data table screen → View List → “+”

  1. Open a multidimensional table.
  2. Tap View List in the lower-left corner.
  3. In the view list, switch to an existing table view, or tap + to create a new view.
  4. Select Table View.
  5. After the table editing screen opens, enter the data you need.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The current data is displayed in a row-and-column grid.
  • What you can do next: You can continue entering, viewing, or editing records.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you have not entered the data table screen first, the View List entry may not appear.

2. Change the Reading Mode

Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Reading Mode

  1. Tap Tools on the toolbar.
  2. In the pop-up panel, select Reading Mode.
  3. Choose the mode you want:
    • Table Mode: shows records in a table layout.
    • Card Mode: shows each record as an individual card.
  4. Continue browsing or editing records in the selected mode.
