How-to Guide
1. Add the current view to Quick Access
Entry: Tools tab in the lower-right area → Add to Quick Access
- Open the multidimensional table view that you want to add.
- Tap the Tools tab in the lower-right area.
- Select Add to Quick Access from the pop-up menu.
- Open the View list in the lower-left area and check whether the current view is now pinned near the top.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the current view appears near the top of the View list.
- Next step available: you can open the same view faster from the list later.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if the target multidimensional table view is not open first, you cannot add that view.
- Environment note: for online multidimensional table views, a stable network connection is recommended.
2. Remove the current view from Quick Access
Entry: Tools tab in the lower-right area → Add to Quick Access
- Open the multidimensional table view that is already in Quick Access.
- Tap the Tools tab in the lower-right area.
- Select Add to Quick Access again.
- Return to the View list in the lower-left area and confirm that the view has returned to its default order.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the current view is no longer pinned at the top.
- Next step available: the view list returns to its normal order and the view can still be opened normally.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if you open a different view, the action will not remove the pinned state from another one.
