1. Set view permissions

Entry path: Open a multidimensional table → View List at the lower left → Tools at the lower right → View Permissions

  1. Open the multidimensional table and tap View List at the lower left to switch to the view you want to configure.
  2. Tap Tools at the lower right to open the tools menu.
  3. Tap View Permissions in the tools menu.
  4. Select Visible to everyone in this view or Visible only to yourself in this view.
  5. Tap any blank area to exit and save the permission setting.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A visibility option has been selected for the current view.
  • What you can do next: You can return to the view, continue browsing, or switch to another view.
  • No side effects: Other views can still be configured separately and do not automatically inherit the same setting.

Tips While Using

  • Each view in a table can be configured separately.
  • Choose the visibility option based on how sensitive the data is.
  • If collaborators need to receive the updated setting, keep the network connection stable.
