1. View Record Activity

Entry: Tap a record → switch to Activity at the top of the record detail page

  1. Open the multi-dimensional table and find the record you want to review.
  2. Tap the record to open its detail page and review the current data in that record.
  3. At the top of the record detail page, switch to Activity.
  4. Review all change history from the last 14 days, including the editor, edit time, and specific modified content.
  5. Scroll up or down to browse the full activity list.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the record detail page switches to the Activity view.
  • Next action available: you can continue scrolling to review changes from different times.

Tips While Using

  • The activity view shows change history from the last 14 days.
  • Changes are displayed in time order for quick review of recent edits.
