Which group does a new record go to in kanban view?

  1. A new card is added to the grouped column where you tap + Add Record.
  2. After creation, check the current column to confirm that the new card appears there.
  3. If the result is not what you expected, make sure you started from the correct grouped column.

Can I restore a record after deleting it?

  1. Check the record carefully before you delete it.
  2. After deletion, the record is removed from the current kanban view.
  3. If you need to keep historical information, back up important content before deleting the record.

Why can’t I see + Add Record or the delete option?

  1. First, make sure you are already in kanban view.
  2. Check whether you opened the record details page, because the delete option appears there.
  3. If you still cannot use the feature, check your permissions, network status, or reopen the target DBSheet.
