1. Add a grouping criterion
Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Group → + Grouping Criterion
- In table view, tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
- In the pop-up panel, select Group.
- Tap + Grouping Criterion.
- Select the field you want to use for grouping.
- Tap Confirm to finish the setup.
- If multiple grouping criteria have already been added, tap a group name to switch to another grouping method.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Cards in the kanban view are automatically arranged into different columns based on the selected field values.
- What you can do next: You can continue reviewing cards in each column or switch to another saved grouping criterion.
- No side effects: Switching grouping criteria changes only the display layout and does not delete or rewrite the original data.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you are not in the relevant table or kanban view, the grouping entry may not appear.
- Permissions or membership: This feature does not require membership.
- Environment note: You need to open an available kanban view in the table first.
