1. Open Document Information from the top-left menu

Entry: Top-left Document ManagementDocument Information

  1. Open a multidimensional spreadsheet.
  2. Click the menu at the top-left of the document window.
  3. Select Document Management.
  4. Click Document Information.
  5. The panel opens with the Access Data and Basic Information tabs.

2. View basic document details

Entry: Document Information panel → Basic Information

  1. Open the Document Information panel.
  2. Switch to the Basic Information tab.
  3. Review the file name, owner, creation time, document type, file size, and storage location.
  4. Use these details to confirm the current file status.

Entry: Document Information panel → Access Data

  5. Click Detailed Records to export access data for later analysis.
