Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The shortcut is downloaded successfully, and an option to open the folder is available.
  • Next action available: A desktop shortcut appears and can open the target Smart Form.
  • No unwanted impact: Removing the shortcut only removes the local entry and does not affect the original Smart Form.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the target Smart Form is not open first, you cannot create a shortcut for that current form.
  • Permissions: If your account no longer has access to the Smart Form, the shortcut may open but the content may not load.
  • Environment limits: Online Smart Forms require internet access. If the original form is deleted or your permission is removed, the shortcut will no longer work.
