How-to Guide

1. Add a View to Quick Access

Entry path: Left sidebar in a multidimensional table → More Options next to a table view → Add this view to My Quick Access

  1. Open a multidimensional table that contains multiple data tables and views.
  2. In the data table area of the left sidebar, find the view that you want to add to Quick Access.
  3. Click the More Options button next to the view name.
  4. At the bottom of the menu, select Add this view to My Quick Access.
  5. After the action is completed, the view appears in the Quick Access area at the top of the left sidebar.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the target view appears in the Quick Access area at the top of the left sidebar.
  • What you can do next: you can click that view directly from Quick Access to open it.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: make sure you click the More Options button for the specific view, not another table entry.
  • Environment note: if the table content needs to sync, keep the network connection available.

2. Remove from Quick Access

Entry path: Left sidebar in a multidimensional table → Quick Access area → More Options next to a table view → Remove from Quick Access

  1. In the Quick Access area of the left sidebar, find the view that you want to remove.
  2. Click the More Options button next to the view name.
  3. At the bottom of the menu, select Remove from Quick Access.
  4. The view is removed from the Quick Access area, but the original view remains available under the full data table list.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the target view no longer appears in the Quick Access area.
  • What you can do next: you can still find and use the same view in its original location.
  • No side effect: the original view data, filters, and settings stay unchanged.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: removing Quick Access only removes the shortcut entry and does not delete the view itself.
  • Environment note: if the sidebar does not refresh immediately, collapse and reopen the related area and check again.
