1. Add or remove Quick Access

Entry: Tools tab in the lower-right corner → Add to Quick Access

  1. Open the multidimensional table view that you want to keep in Quick Access.
  2. Tap the Tools tab in the lower-right corner.
  3. Select Add to Quick Access from the menu.
  4. After it is added, find the view more quickly from the Views list in the lower-left corner.
  5. If you no longer need it there, tap Add to Quick Access again to remove it and return to the default order.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the target view appears in a more prominent Quick Access position.
  • What you can do next: you can reopen the view faster from the view list.
  • No side effect: removing Quick Access does not delete the view itself.

Tips While Using

  • Quick Access affects your own view arrangement for use.
  • Add views that you open often to reduce repeated searching.
  • If a view is already in Quick Access, using the same command again removes that status.
