1. Create an Automation Workflow from a Template
Entry path: In the target Bitable, go to Automation Process in the upper-right area → Workflow Templates tab
- Open the target Bitable and click Automation Process in the upper-right area.
- Select the Workflow Templates tab.
- Choose the preset workflow template you want.
- Adjust the template parameters.
- Click Save and Enable to finish setup.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected workflow appears in the automation workflow list.
- What you can do next: The workflow shows as enabled and can be reviewed or adjusted further.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Enabling a template before adjusting key parameters may cause the workflow to mismatch the current business process.
- Environment note: It is recommended to save and enable workflows with a stable internet connection.
2. Create a Blank Automation Workflow
Entry path: In the target Bitable, go to Automation Process in the upper-right area → Workflow Management tab → Create Blank Workflow
- Open the target Bitable and click Automation Process in the upper-right area.
- Select the Workflow Management tab.
- Click Create Blank Workflow.
- Set the trigger conditions and actions.
- Click Save and Enable in the upper-right area to complete the setup.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The new workflow is saved and appears in the workflow management list.
- What you can do next: You can continue editing trigger conditions, actions, or run details.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Trigger conditions that are too broad or too narrow may cause the workflow to run too often or not run at all.
