1. Create a Cover

Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management → Cover Content

  1. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  2. In the pop-up window, open Cover Content.
  3. Select Do not show cover if you want to remove the current cover display.
  4. Select Existing field content to use an existing image or attachment field as the cover source.
  5. Select Add cover to create a new Image & Attachment field as the cover source.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The cover area at the top of the card is shown or hidden based on your selection.
  • Next action: You can continue to cover style settings or field management.

Tips While Using

  • If you use an existing field as the cover source, make sure the field already contains image or attachment content.
  • Cover settings affect how cards appear in the current board.

2. Adjust Cover Settings

Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management → Cover Style

  1. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  2. Open Cover Style.
  3. Select Fit to show as much of the cover content as possible.
  4. Select Crop to fill the card cover area.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The card cover updates immediately with the selected display style.
  • Next action: You can return to the board and compare the cover effect on different cards.

Tips While Using

  • When image proportions vary a lot, Fit and Crop can look very different.
  • Choose the display style based on how much card content you want to keep visible.

3. Add a Field

Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management

  1. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  2. In the pop-up window, select Card Management.
  3. Tap Add Field.
  4. Add the field you need so more information can appear on the card.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The new field appears in the field list.
  • Next action: You can edit the field name or type, or change its display order.

Tips While Using

  • Before adding a field, decide which information really needs to appear on the card so the layout stays easy to read.

4. Edit a Field

Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management → Edit

  1. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  2. Open Card Management.
  3. Tap Edit next to the target field.
  4. Change the field name and field type.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The field list shows the updated field name or type.
  • Next action: You can continue to hide fields or reorder them.

Tips While Using

  • Before changing a field type, confirm that the existing data still matches the new type.

5. Reorder Fields

Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management → Drag Fields

  1. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  2. Open Card Management.
  3. Press and hold or drag a field title.
  4. Move the field left or right to change its display order on the card.
  5. Return to the board and review the updated card layout.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The field list order changes, and the card display order updates with it.
  • Next action: Collaborators who open the same board can see the updated field order.

Tips While Using

  • Field order changes are shared with collaborators.
  • Place the most frequently checked fields earlier in the card layout.

6. Hide a Field

Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management → Hide

  1. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  2. Open Card Management.
  3. Tap Hide next to the field.
  4. To show it again later, tap the related hide control again.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The hidden field no longer appears on the front of the card.
  • Next action: You can show the field again at any time.

Tips While Using

  • Hiding a field reduces visual noise on the card, but it does not remove the field data itself.
  • If the team depends on a field during collaboration, confirm the impact before hiding it.
