In which views is the Grouping Criteria button visible?

  1. Open the current multidimensional table.
  2. Switch to Board View.
  3. Check the top toolbar for the Grouping Criteria button.
  4. If you are in another view such as table view or form view, switch back to Board View first.

Does grouping change the data itself?

  1. Grouping mainly changes how cards are displayed in the board.
  2. It does not directly modify or delete the original data.
  3. You can continue reviewing and managing card information after grouping.

How are ungrouped cards handled?

  1. If a card does not match the current grouping condition, it is placed in the Ungrouped column automatically.
  2. You can click + Add Group to add more group columns.
  3. You can also adjust the related field value so the card moves into a matching group.
