FAQ

Why are records not showing after grouping?

  1. Check whether the data table also has active filters.
  2. Confirm that the record field values match the current grouping condition.
  3. Expand the related group to see whether the records are only collapsed.
  4. If needed, adjust the grouping field and review the result again.

How do I remove data grouping?

  1. Click the Group button on the toolbar.
  2. Find the grouping conditions that are already applied.
  3. Delete the condition you no longer need.
  4. The data table returns to a flat ungrouped view.

Can I group by multiple fields at the same time?

  1. Yes. Add the first grouping field first.
  2. Click Add Condition again and select another field.
  3. The table creates nested grouping levels in the order the fields are added.
  4. If the hierarchy becomes too deep, remove some conditions or adjust the field order.
