FAQ

Why are records missing after grouping?

  1. Check whether the current group actually contains matching records.
  2. Review whether the table also has active filters or other view conditions.
  3. Confirm that the field values in the records match the grouping condition.
  4. Adjust the grouping field or remove other view limits, then review the result again.

How do I remove grouping from the table?

  1. Click Group on the toolbar.
  2. Find the grouping conditions that are currently applied.
  3. Remove the related condition.
  4. The table returns to a flat, ungrouped view.

Can I group by more than one field at the same time?

  1. Open the Group panel.
  2. Click Add Condition and select multiple fields in order.
  3. WPS creates a multi-level grouped structure based on that order.
  4. Reset the field order if you want a different hierarchy.

Does grouping change the original records?

  1. Group only changes how the current view is displayed.
  2. It does not delete records or rewrite original field values.
  3. Remove the grouping conditions if you want to return to a regular view.
  4. The original data stays unchanged.
