1. Add a Record

Entry path: Gallery View → bottom toolbar → Add Record

1. In Gallery View, tap Add Record on the bottom toolbar.
2. Enter the required field content in the pop-up window.
3. Tap Confirm Add to finish creating the record.
4. Return to Gallery View and check whether the new card appears.

Success Criteria

• Visual result: the new record appears as a card in the current Gallery View.
• Next action available: you can open the card and continue editing its fields.

Tips While Using

• If some fields are required, complete them before submitting.
• The card display may vary based on the field configuration of the database.

2. Manage a Record

Entry path: tap a card → record details → Edit / Delete

1. Tap the target card to open the record details page.
2. Tap Edit in the top-right corner to enter edit mode.
3. Update the record content as needed.
4. If you want to remove the record, tap Delete in the top-right area.
5. Confirm the deletion to remove the record from Gallery View.

Success Criteria

• Visual result: after editing, the card content updates; after deletion, the target card no longer appears.
• Next action available: you can continue managing other records.

Tips While Using

• Confirm that you selected the correct record before deleting it.
• After deletion, the record no longer appears in the current Gallery View.
