Can I remove someone’s access after sharing?

  1. Open the smart spreadsheet and enter the Share page.
  2. Tap People who joined the share and find the target collaborator.
  3. Remove that collaborator using the available management option, or change the link permission to only yourself.
  4. Check the sharing scope again to confirm that the person can no longer access the file.

How can I see who changed the shared spreadsheet?

  1. Open the target smart spreadsheet.
  2. Go to the related change tracking or collaboration record entry.
  3. Review the collaborator names, edit times, and specific changes.
  4. Decide whether you need to adjust sharing permissions afterward.

Why can’t I see the Share button in the file list?

  1. Confirm that the target file is a smart spreadsheet and appears in the Recent or Local list.
  2. Check whether there is an expandable action area to the right of the file name.
  3. If you still do not see the entry, open the file first and use Share from the top menu bar.
  4. If needed, update WPS Office and try again.
  1. For online collaboration, choose Copy Link or share directly to a common app first.
  2. If the recipient needs a local file for continued editing, choose Export as .xlsx.
  3. For quick on-site transfer, choose Face-to-Face File Transfer.
  4. If you want to send it by email or another method, use the matching option under More.
