1. View Document Information
Entry: Tap the ≡ icon in the upper-right corner of the menu bar → Document Information
- Open the spreadsheet you want to review.
- Tap the ≡ icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Document Information from the list.
- In the access data section, review total viewers, viewers in the last 30 days, editors in the last 30 days, and export detailed records from the last 30 days when needed.
- In the basic information section, review the file name, owner, creation time, type, file size, location, and file ID.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The Document Information page opens and shows both the access data section and the basic information section.
- What you can do next: Continue checking fields or export detailed records from the last 30 days.
