1. Open Document Information

Entry: Open a smart document → tap the top-right menu button → tap Document Information

  1. Open the smart document that you want to review.
  2. Tap the top-right menu button.
  3. Tap Document Information.
  4. Wait for the Document Information panel to open.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Document Information panel opens successfully.
  • Next action available: You can continue to the access data or basic information tabs.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not open a smart document first, the related information panel will not be available.

2. Check access data and basic information

Entry: Document Information panel → Access Data / Basic Information

  1. In the Document Information panel, tap the Access Data tab.
  2. Check the current document's views, viewers, and editors.
  3. Review cumulative data and today's data as needed.
  4. Tap Detailed Records if you want to export detailed access data.
  5. Switch to the Basic Information tab.
  6. Check the word count, file name, owner, creation time, document type, file size, and storage location.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can switch between the two tabs and see the related information.
  • Next action available: You can export detailed access data or return to the document for further editing.
