What can I see in Document Information?

4. You can see total viewers, viewers in the last 30 days, editors in the last 30 days, plus the file name, owner, creation time, type, file size, location, and file ID.

Why is the file size in Document Information different from the actual storage usage?

1. Check the file size shown in Document Information first.
2. Then review the file's storage location and surrounding storage context.
3. If the file is stored in the cloud, total storage usage may also be affected by other related data.
4. Use the file size shown in the Document Information page as the reference for the file itself.

Can I find the file owner through Document Information?

1. Open the Document Information page.
2. Find the Owner field in the basic information section.
3. Review the displayed owner information.
4. Use that field to confirm the current file ownership.

What is the file ID used for?

1. Open the Document Information page and find File ID.
2. Record the ID for the current file.
3. When you need to distinguish files with the same name, use the file ID first.
