How-to Guide
1. View Record Activity
Entry: Select an existing record → open the floating toolbar → tap Activity
- Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
- Wait for the floating toolbar to appear.
- Tap Activity to open the activity window.
- Review the edit history for that record.
- Note that each record shows up to the most recent 14 days of modification history.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The record activity window or activity page opens.
- What you can do next: You can continue reviewing the editor, edit time, and change details.
Tips While Using
- This feature is available without membership.
- If a change is older than 14 days, it will not appear in this view.
- You need to select an existing record first, or the related entry will not appear.
2. View Record Activity from a Cell
Entry: Tap the target cell → open the Edit Record window → tap the Activity tab
- Tap the target cell to open the Edit Record window.
- Tap the Activity tab in that window.
- Switch to the activity page and review the edit history for the related record.
- Check the edit time, editor, and detailed changes.
- Note that each record shows up to the most recent 14 days of modification history.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The page switches to the Activity view.
- What you can do next: You can browse the record's historical changes.
Tips While Using
- This entry is useful when you have already located the target cell.
- Record activity is for a single record and is different from collaboration history for the whole data table.
