1. View record history

Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → History

1. Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
2. Wait for the floating toolbar to appear.
3. Tap History to open the history window.
4. Review the edit records for that record.
5. Keep in mind that the list shows only the most recent 14 days of changes.

• Interface result: The history window opens and shows past changes for the selected record.

2. View record history from a cell

Entry path: Tap the target cell → History

1. Tap the target cell to open the edit record window.
2. Tap the History tab to switch to the history page.
3. Review the edit records for that record.
4. Compare the current cell content with the recent record changes.
5. Note that this page shows up to 14 days of recent edit history.
