1. Create a statistics field

Entry path: Click the + button on the right side of the header row → Statistics

1. Click the + button on the right side of the header row.
2. Select Statistics in the field type list.
3. Enter a field name.
4. Click OK to create the field.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: A new statistics field column appears in the data table.
• Next action available: You can continue to open field settings and configure aggregation options.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If you choose another field type by mistake, create the field again with the Statistics type.
• Environment note: It is easier to configure related aggregation after the table structure is already in place.

2. Configure statistics field settings

Entry path: Right-click the field title → Field Settings

1. Right-click the title of the statistics field.
2. Select Field Settings.
3. In the settings panel, choose the data table and the field that you want to summarize.
4. Under Calculation Method, choose Sum, Count, Average, Maximum, Minimum, Distinct Values, Distinct Count, or String Concatenation.
5. Add conditions when needed. Click + Add Condition to add another condition.
6. Close the settings panel and review the result in the field.

• Interface result: The statistics field shows the expected summary result.
• Next action available: You can continue to adjust the calculation method or conditions.

• Common mistake: If the source field is not selected correctly, the result may be empty or different from what you expect.
