1. Create a Rich Text field
Entry path: Tap the table header → Edit → Field Type → Rich Text
- Tap the header of the data table where you want to set the field.
- In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
- In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
- Select Rich Text.
- Set the field name, then confirm to finish the setup.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the field type is shown as Rich Text.
- Next action available: you can enter and edit rich text content in that field.
Tips While Using
- The first field does not support the Rich Text field type.
- It is recommended to confirm that you have editing permission before changing field settings.
2. Edit Rich Text content
Entry path: Tap the table header → Edit → Edit Options → Rich Text field
- Tap the header of the target data table.
- In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
- In the field editing window, tap the target Rich Text field.
- Enter text in the editing box and use the editing toolbar to adjust formatting.
- As needed, apply bold, italic, font size, color, numbering, images, and other styles.
- When finished, tap the Close button in the upper-left corner to complete the entry.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the content is saved in the Rich Text field and keeps the selected formatting.
- Next action available: you can return to the data table to review, revise, or add more content.
Tips While Using
- Complex layouts are easier to refine on a larger screen.
- Mobile is more suitable for viewing and basic editing.
