1. Create a Hyperlink Field
Entry path: Tap the table header → Edit → Field Type → Hyperlink
- Tap the target table header.
- In the floating toolbar, select Edit.
- In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
- Select the Hyperlink field type.
- Set the field name, then confirm to finish.
Success Criteria
- The field is added to the current multidimensional table.
- The new field type is shown as Hyperlink.
- The field is ready for link entry in record details.
Tips While Using
- Set a clear field name first so the purpose is easy to identify later.
- You need permission to edit fields in the current table.
2. Enter a Link
Entry path: Tap a cell → Record details → Hyperlink field
- Tap the target cell to open the related record details.
- Tap the Hyperlink field option.
- Enter the display text and hyperlink address.
- After entering the content, tap Done in the upper-right corner.
- Return to the record and check whether the content is recognized as a link.
Success Criteria
- The field stores both the display text and the link address.
- The record shows the saved link content.
- The link can be used as a later jump entry.
Tips While Using
- It is recommended to enter a complete URL so the link can be recognized correctly.
- Use readable display text to make the table easier to scan.
- Opening external links requires an internet connection.
