Entry: Click the + button on the right side of the table header → open the Field Type list → select Hyperlink

  1. Click the + button on the right side of the table header.
  2. In the field type list, select Hyperlink.
  3. Enter a field name.
  4. Click OK to finish creating the field.
  • Interface result: a new Hyperlink Field column appears in the table.
  • Next action available: you can enter link content in cells under this field.
  • Use a clear field name such as “Website,” “Reference Link,” or “Document URL.”
  • Make sure you have edit permission for the current multidimensional table.

Entry: Select the target cell → enter the link address

  1. Click the cell where you want to add the link.
  2. Enter the target address and the display text.
  3. Press Return to confirm.
  4. The cell is displayed as a clickable link.
  • Interface result: the cell shows link text.
  • Next action available: clicking the cell opens the target address.
  • Display text only changes how the link looks in the cell and does not change the target address.
  • Internet access is required when opening online links.

3. Change Field Properties

Entry: Right-click the field title → select Field Settings

  1. Right-click the title of the target field.
  2. Select Field Settings.
  3. Find the display style option in the settings panel.
  4. Choose Display as Hyperlink or Display as Button.
  5. Click OK to apply the setting.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the display style of links in the field changes.
  • Next action available: later entries in the field follow the selected style.

Tips While Using

  • Button style is useful when you want the click target to stand out more clearly.
  • Hyperlink style is useful when you want the text to remain more readable in the table.
