1. Create a Field

Entry: Click the + button on the right side of the header, then choose Link This Table Field or Link Another Table Field

  1. Click the + button on the right side of the header.
  2. In the field type list, select Link This Table Field or Link Another Table Field.
  3. Enter the field name.
  4. Click OK to finish.

Entry: Right-click the field title, choose Field Settings, and select the target table

  1. Right-click the field title and choose Field Settings.
  2. Select the target table you want to link.
  3. Set the linking method to Manual Link.
  4. Adjust the record range and whether multiple records are allowed.
  5. Click OK to save the settings.
  6. Click the cell and choose the data you want to link.

3. Set Automatic Matching for One-Way Linked Data

Entry: Right-click the field title, choose Field Settings, select the target table, and use Automatic Matching

  1. Right-click the field title and choose Field Settings.
  2. Select the target table you want to link.
  3. Set the linking method to Automatic Matching.
  4. Set the matching conditions.
  5. Click OK to save the settings.
  6. Check whether matching records have been linked automatically.
