1. Create a Field
Entry path: Click the + button on the right side of the table header, then choose Link Current Table Field or Link Other Table Field
- Click the + button on the right side of the table header.
- In the field type list, select Link Current Table Field or Link Other Table Field.
- Enter a field name.
- Click OK to finish creating the field.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The new linked field appears in the table header.

Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Choosing the wrong field type affects the later linking direction, so confirm whether you need the current table or another table before creating it.
2. Link Records Manually
Entry path: Right-click the field title, select Field Settings, then choose the target table
- Right-click the field title and select Field Settings.
- Choose the target table you want to link.
- Set the linking method to Manual Linking.
- Adjust the linked record range and whether multiple records can be linked.
- Click OK to save the settings.
- Click inside a cell and select the data record to link.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected linked record appears in the cell.
- What you can do next: You can continue editing linked records or adjusting field settings.

3. Set Automatic Matching for Linked Records
Entry path: Right-click the field title, select Field Settings, choose the target table, then select Automatic Matching
- Right-click the field title and select Field Settings.
- Choose the target table you want to link.
- Set the linking method to Automatic Matching.
- Set the matching conditions.
- Click OK to save the settings.
- Check whether eligible records have been linked automatically.
