FAQ

What is the difference between one-way linking and two-way linking?

  1. One-way linking shows the related field only in the current table.
  2. Two-way linking creates related fields in both the current table and the target table.
  3. If you only need to reference data in the current table, one-way linked fields are usually enough.
  1. Check whether the target table has already been selected in Field Settings.
  2. Confirm that the target table already contains records that can be linked.
  3. If the list is still empty, reopen Field Settings and check the linking method and record range.

Why is automatic matching not working?

  1. Check whether the linking method is set to Automatic Matching.
  2. Check whether the matching conditions match the actual data in the target table.
  3. Save the settings and review whether matching records have been linked.
