FAQ
What is the difference between one-way linking and two-way linking?
- One-way linking shows the related field only in the current table.
- Two-way linking creates related fields in both the current table and the target table.
- If you only need to reference data in the current table, one-way linked fields are usually enough.
Why can’t I see selectable related data in the cell?
- Check whether the target table has already been selected in Field Settings.
- Confirm that the target table already contains records that can be linked.
- If the list is still empty, reopen Field Settings and check the linking method and record range.
Why is automatic matching not working?
- Check whether the linking method is set to Automatic Matching.
- Check whether the matching conditions match the actual data in the target table.
- Save the settings and review whether matching records have been linked.
