Entry: + button on the right side of the table header → Field Type list → Last Modified By
- Open the smart table data sheet.
- Click the
+button on the right side of the table header. - Select
Last Modified Byfrom the field type list. - Enter a field name.

- The Last Modified By field is updated automatically and cannot be edited manually.

2. Set the Update Scope
Entry: Right-click the field title → Field Settings → Scope
- Right-click the Last Modified By field title.
- Select
Field Settings. - In
Scope, choose the update condition. - Select
All Fieldsif any field change should refresh the latest editor. - Select
Selected Fieldsif only key field changes should refresh the latest editor, then choose the fields you want.

- Interface result: The selected update scope is saved in field settings.
