Entry: Click the + button on the right side of the header → open the Field Type drop-down list → select Hyperlink

  1. Click the + button on the right side of the header.
  2. In the field type list, select Hyperlink.
  3. Enter a field name.
  4. Click OK to finish.
  • Interface result: A new Hyperlink field column appears in the data sheet.
  • Next action available: You can enter link content in cells under this field.
  • Use a field name that matches the purpose of the links so the column is easier to identify later.

Entry: Target cell

  1. Click the cell where you want to add the link.
  2. Enter the link address and display text.
  3. Press Enter to confirm.
  4. The cell displays clickable link content.
  • Interface result: The cell shows link text.
  • Next action available: Clicking the content opens the target address.
  • Display text changes only how the link looks, not the destination address.
  • Internet access is required when you open an online address.

3. Configure Field Properties

Entry: Right-click the target field title → Field Settings

  1. Right-click the title of the target field.
  2. Select Field Settings.
  3. Find the display style option in the settings panel.
  4. Choose Show as hyperlink or Show as button.
  5. Click OK to apply the setting.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Links in the field are shown in the selected style.
  • Next action available: Existing and new links follow the same display style.

Tips While Using

  • The display style changes the visual presentation only and does not change the link address itself.
