1. Add a Countdown component

Entry: Dashboard interface → “+ Add Component” → Other → “Countdown”

  1. Open the dashboard interface.
  2. Click the “+ Add Component” button in the upper-left area.
  3. In the component panel, open the “Other” category.
  4. Click “Countdown” to insert the component automatically.
  5. Select the new component to enter edit mode.

Success Criteria

  • A new Countdown component appears on the dashboard.
  • You can continue to edit its data and style settings.

Tips While Using

  • If you do not check the “Other” category, the Countdown entry may be easy to miss.

2. Manage a Countdown component

Entry: Select the added chart → click the “...” icon in the upper-right area

  1. Click the Countdown component that has already been added.
  2. Click the “...” icon in the upper-right area.
  3. Choose Configure, Duplicate, Copy as Image, Export as Image, or Delete as needed.

Success Criteria

  • The action menu opens and shows the available options.
  • You can continue with configuration, duplication, export, or deletion.

Tips While Using

  • If the component is not selected first, the menu may not show the expected actions.

3. Set Type and Data

Entry: Countdown edit panel → “Type and Data” tab

  1. Open the edit panel for the Countdown component.
  2. Go to the “Type and Data” tab.
  3. Enter a name in Description.
  4. Switch the counting method between Custom Value and Select Field.
  5. Set the target date and time.
  6. Click “OK” to apply the settings.

Success Criteria

  • The component shows the updated description and target time.
  • You can continue to adjust style settings or return to the dashboard.

Tips While Using

  • If you close the panel without clicking “OK,” the changes are not applied.

4. Adjust Chart Style

Entry: Countdown edit panel → “Chart Style” tab

  1. Open the edit panel for the Countdown component.
  2. Switch to the “Chart Style” tab.
  3. Set the time block color with a theme color or more color options.
  4. Set the description text color and number color.
  5. Check the preview on the left.
  6. Click “OK” to save the style settings.

Success Criteria

  • The component updates its colors and text appearance.
  • You can return to the dashboard and continue arranging other components.

Tips While Using

  • Low color contrast may reduce readability on display screens.
