Why can’t I find the Add Shortcut entry in my document?

  1. Make sure the current file is a Smart Document.
  2. Click the File menu at the top left and check whether Document Management is available.
  3. Open Document Management and then look for Add Shortcut.

Does adding a shortcut create a copy of the original document?

  1. No. It does not copy or move the original file.
  2. A shortcut creates an access entry to another cloud document from the current document.
  3. You can still manage the target document in its original location.

Why can’t I open the target document smoothly after adding the shortcut?

  1. Check whether your network connection is working normally.
  2. Make sure you are signed in with the correct WPS account.
  3. Make sure the target document is stored in a location your current account can access.
