Why can’t I find the Add Shortcut entry in my document?
- Make sure the current file is a Smart Document.
- Click the File menu at the top left and check whether Document Management is available.
- Open Document Management and then look for Add Shortcut.
Does adding a shortcut create a copy of the original document?
- No. It does not copy or move the original file.
- A shortcut creates an access entry to another cloud document from the current document.
- You can still manage the target document in its original location.
Why can’t I open the target document smoothly after adding the shortcut?
- Check whether your network connection is working normally.
- Make sure you are signed in with the correct WPS account.
- Make sure the target document is stored in a location your current account can access.
