1. Start Presentation Mode from the bottom-right button

Entry: Open a smart document → Click Present from current position at the bottom right

  1. Open the smart document that you want to present.
  2. Find the triangular presentation icon at the bottom right of the document window.
  3. Click Present from current position.
  4. Wait for the document to enter full-screen presentation mode.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The document opens in a full-screen presentation view.
  • What you can do next: You can continue navigating pages, zooming, or moving the pointer to the top area to show the toolbar.

  • Common mistake: Make sure the target document is already open before you click the presentation button.

2. Open Presentation Mode from the File menu

  1. Open the smart document that you want to present.
  2. Click the File menu icon at the top left.
  3. Select Presentation from the drop-down menu.
  4. Wait for the interface to switch to presentation mode.

3. Make temporary edits in Presentation Mode

Entry: Top toolbar in Presentation Mode → EditConfirm

  1. While in Presentation Mode, move the pointer to the top area of the window.
  2. Wait for the top toolbar to appear.
  3. Click Edit to enter editing status.
  4. Change the content that you want to adjust.
  5. Click Confirm to save the change and leave editing status.

  • Interface result: The top toolbar appears normally, and the edited content is updated.

4. Exit Presentation Mode

Entry: Top toolbar in Presentation Mode → Exit Presentation

  1. While in Presentation Mode, move the pointer to the top area of the window.
  2. Click Exit Presentation.
  3. For a faster exit, you can also press Esc.
