How-to Guide
1. Turn on Presenter View
Entry: Slide Show tab → Presenter View
- Open the presentation you want to show.
- Click the Slide Show tab at the top.
- Click Presenter View to turn on this mode.
- Confirm that the interface switches to the presenter workspace.

- Check the next slide preview area.
- Use the preview to plan your speaking order and slide timing.

3. View notes and the timer
Entry: Open Presenter View and review the notes area and timer
- In Presenter View, find the notes area.

- Adjust your pacing based on the notes and timing.

4. Use presentation tools and shortcuts

- During the slideshow, use shortcuts such as B for black screen or restore, W for white screen or restore, and Ctrl+P to switch to the pen.
