How do I let the audience see the normal slideshow while I see Presenter View?

  1. Connect your computer to a second monitor or projector.
  2. Open the presentation and go to the Slide Show tab.
  3. Set the presentation display target and turn on Presenter View.
  4. Start the slideshow so the audience display shows the slides and your screen shows presenter information.

Why can’t I see the notes area?

  1. Make sure you are in Presenter View instead of a standard full-screen slideshow.
  2. Check whether notes have already been added to the current slide.
  3. If you are using two displays, confirm that Presenter View is shown on your working screen.

Which common shortcuts can I use during a slideshow?
