What is the difference between Manual Show and Auto Show?

  1. Manual Show requires the presenter to advance slides during playback.
  2. Auto Show advances slides according to rehearsal timings.
  3. If you need flexible pacing during a live talk, use Manual Show. If you need fixed playback timing, use Auto Show.

How do I make slides loop continuously?

  1. Open Show Settings from the Slide Show tab.
  2. Choose a suitable automatic playback type.
  3. Select Loop continuously until Esc.
  4. Click OK and start the presentation. After the last slide, playback returns to the beginning.

Why is Presenter View not showing as expected?

  1. First confirm that the computer is connected to a second display or projector.
  2. Open Show Settings and check whether Slide show monitor is set to the correct display.
  3. Confirm that Show Presenter View is selected.
  4. If it still does not work, reconnect the display device and start the presentation again.
