1. Turn on Full Screen
Entry: View → Full Screen
- Open the spreadsheet file that you want to review or edit.
- Click the View tab at the top of the window.
- Click Full Screen.
- Check the interface change. Tabs and the system status area are hidden, and the worksheet area becomes larger.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The worksheet workspace becomes larger and fewer interface elements remain visible.
- You can continue working: You can still browse cells, select ranges, and edit data.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If no spreadsheet file is open, you may not be able to confirm the full-screen effect right away.
- Environment note: This workflow applies to WPS Spreadsheet on Windows.
2. Exit Full Screen
Entry: Esc / exit control / View → Exit Full Screen
- While in Full Screen, press Esc to leave the mode immediately.
- Or move the pointer to the lower-right area and click the Exit Full Screen control.
- You can also switch back through the related entry in the View tab.
- Confirm that tabs and the normal interface area appear again.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: WPS Spreadsheet returns to the normal window view.
- You can continue working: Menus, tabs, and other standard interface controls are available again.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the pointer is not moved to the expected area, the exit control may be easy to miss.
