Why can’t I find the Full Screen entry?

  1. First confirm that you are in a WPS Spreadsheet window instead of another WPS component.
  2. Check whether the View tab includes a Full Screen button.
  3. If you do not see it at the top, check whether the bottom-right area of the status bar provides the same entry.
  4. If it still does not appear, update to the latest version of WPS Office and try again.

Does Full Screen change spreadsheet content?

  1. No. Full Screen only changes the way the interface is displayed.
  2. In this mode, interface elements such as the ribbon and status bar are hidden.
  3. Cell data, formulas, and worksheet structure are not changed.

How do I exit Full Screen quickly?

  1. Press the Esc key while in Full Screen mode.
