Print Area
Print Area helps you specify exactly which cell ranges in a worksheet should be printed instead of printing the entire worksheet. It provides the tools you need to control print scope, save paper, and improve printing efficiency. With Print Area, you can set a selected range as the print area, add additional ranges, print multiple ranges on separate pages, and clear the print area to restore printing of the full worksheet. You can also check whether extra print areas are causing unwanted output, view the current print area in Page Break Preview where it is outlined with a blue border, and switch the desired print range in Print Preview. Whether you're printing only part of a worksheet or managing multiple print sections, Print Area helps you complete printing tasks efficiently.
