How do I quickly insert a page break in WPS Writer?

  1. Open your Writer document and place the cursor where you want the new page to begin.
  2. Press Ctrl+Enter.
  3. Confirm that the following content has moved to the next page.

Why can’t I see the page break that I inserted?

  1. Click Menu in the upper-left area.
  2. Open Options > View.
  3. Turn on the relevant formatting marks display option, then return to the document to check the break position.

What should I do if the layout changes after I delete a page break?

  1. Confirm that you removed a manual page break rather than an automatic page break created by content flow.
  2. Check paragraph spacing, heading position, and blank lines after deletion.
  3. If you still need a fixed new-page start, insert a new page break at the correct position.
