FAQ

Why can’t I see page break lines in Page Break Preview?

  1. Make sure you are already in Page Break Preview instead of the normal editing view.
  2. Check whether the current worksheet content is displayed normally.
  3. If the lines are still not obvious, enlarge the window or enter Page Break Preview again.

What should I do if content looks cut off after adjusting page breaks?

  1. Check whether the current page break line splits headers, totals, or continuous data across pages.
  2. Drag the page break line again to place the boundary more appropriately.
  3. If needed, also adjust column width, row height, or content layout before checking the result again.

How do I exit Page Break Preview and return to the normal editing view?

  1. Click the related view option on the View tab to switch back to the normal view.
  2. Or click the normal view entry on the bottom status bar.
  3. Confirm that the worksheet has returned to the regular editing interface before continuing your work.
