1. Enter Page Break Preview

Entry path: View → Page Break Preview

  1. Open the worksheet that you want to review before printing.
  2. Click the View tab.
  3. Click Page Break Preview.
  4. The worksheet switches to page break preview mode.
  5. To leave this mode, click Page Break Preview again to return to the previous view.
