1. Open the Related Data entry

Entry path: Form Editor → Exam → Related Data

  1. Open the Smart Form that you want to edit.
  2. Enter the form editing screen.
  3. Select the Exam module in the left navigation pane.
  4. Find Related Data and click it to start editing.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You enter the Related Data editing area or its pop-up panel.
  • Next action available: You can continue viewing and changing the settings.

Tips While Using

  • Make sure your account has permission to edit the form.
  • If the Exam module is not visible, first confirm that you are in the correct form editing screen.

  1. Review the available options in the Related Data panel.
  2. Configure the settings as prompted in the interface.
  3. Check whether each setting matches the current exam needs.
  • Interface result: The settings are updated to the values you need.
  • Next action available: You can move on to preview or confirmation.
  • Review the current exam rules before making changes to avoid repeated adjustments.
  • If the changes affect later responses, it is better to finish the setup before publishing.

3. Preview and confirm the setup

  1. After configuring the settings, preview the result first.
  2. Check whether the preview matches your expectation.
  3. Click Confirm to finish the operation.
  4. If needed, go back and adjust the settings again.

  • Interface result: The configuration is confirmed and saved.
  • Next action available: You can continue editing other exam content or prepare to publish.

Tips While Using

  • It is recommended to complete the preview check before publishing.
  • Some changes may appear in the response side only after a later publish step.
