When using Related Data, the most common questions are about where to find the entry, when saved changes take effect, and whether existing exams can still be edited; this FAQ covers 3 common questions.

FAQ

  1. Open the Smart Form and enter the editing screen.
  2. Select the Exam module in the left navigation pane.
  3. Click Related Data to enter editing.
  4. Save the current settings after you finish the changes.
  1. First confirm that you clicked Confirm or saved the related settings.
  2. Check whether the current change takes effect only after a later publish step.
  3. Return to the preview screen and review the settings again.
  4. If the issue continues, reopen the Related Data panel and save again.
  1. Reopen the editing screen for the target exam.
  2. Go to Exam > Related Data.
  3. Adjust the settings as needed and confirm the changes again.
  4. Keep in mind that some changes may affect only newly generated data later.
