Entry path: Form Editor → Relay → Message Notification Settings

  1. Open the Smart Form you want to edit.
  2. Select the Relay module in the left navigation pane.
  3. Find Message Notification Settings.
  4. Click the setting item to open the editing area.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the Message Notification Settings panel or editing area is open.
  • Next step available: you can continue configuring reminder options.

Tips While Using

  • Make sure the current form is editable before you start.

2. Configure and Save Message Notification Settings

Entry path: Form Editor → Relay → Message Notification Settings

  2. Enter the editor and open Message Notification Settings again.
  3. Update the reminder options as needed.
  4. Click Save or OK to confirm the changes.
  5. If needed, publish the updated version so the new settings take effect.
