Can I sign in to another account after using single-account sign-in?

  1. Move the pointer to the avatar in the top right corner.
  2. Select Sign in to another account from the pop-up panel.
  3. Enter the other account information and complete sign-in.

Will all cloud documents sync automatically after I sign in?

  1. Make sure the current device is connected to the internet.
  2. Sign in to the client with the WPS account that contains the files you want to sync.
  3. After sign-in is completed, cloud documents under that account sync to the device and stay consistent.

How do I check which account is currently signed in?

  1. Click the avatar icon in the top right corner of WPS.
  2. Open the personal center or account information area.
  3. Check the displayed avatar, nickname, and account information.
