1. Link a Third-Party Account
Entry point: WPS Home → Profile → Personal Center → Linked Accounts
- Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of WPS.
- Open Personal Center.
- Find the Linked Accounts option.
- Click Other sign-in methods to expand all available account types.
- Choose the account type you want to connect, then click Set up now.
- Get the email verification code and complete the linking process on the verification page.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The linked account page shows that the selected third-party account has been set up.
- Next actions: You can later sign in to WPS with the linked third-party account.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: If you do not expand Other sign-in methods, you may not see all available account types.
- Environment limits: The process requires an internet connection and email verification.
2. Unlink a Linked Account
Entry point: Personal Center → Account Management → Linked Accounts → Unlink
- Open the Linked Accounts settings in Personal Center.
- Click Unlink next to the account you want to remove.
- Receive the verification code by email and verify your identity.
- Complete the unlinking process on the verification page.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The previously linked account no longer appears as linked.
- Next actions: You can link another third-party account or continue signing in with email.
- No side effects: Unlinking does not affect normal sign-in with the linked email address.
