How do I change the text inside WordArt?

  1. Double-click the WordArt object that you want to edit.
  2. Enter editing mode and select the existing text.
  3. Type the new text, then click a blank area to finish.

Why can’t I see the Text Tools tab?

  1. Click the WordArt text box in the worksheet first.
  2. Make sure you selected the WordArt object instead of a regular cell.
  3. After the object is selected, check the ribbon again for Text Tools.

Why are some WordArt templates unavailable?

  1. Open the WordArt area or related font effect and font shape preset areas.
  2. Check whether the selected preset belongs to membership-related content.
  3. If you need those presets, sign in and subscribe to the corresponding membership plan.
