Print and Preview helps you prepare and output worksheets with the right print settings before sending a job to a printer. It provides the tools you need to review layout and control common printing options, making your work more efficient and helping you accomplish tasks with ease. With Print and Preview, you can choose the print range for the current sheet or entire workbook, set portrait or landscape orientation, adjust page scaling, include page numbers, select paper size and print order, preview the layout, and then send the job to an available network printer or WPS Cloud Print.
